Kofu City, Yamanashi Prefecture, has long been a centre of jewellery processing and has a large number of craftsmen with very high skills. Today, the number of craftsmen has decreased considerably due to the ageing of the population, but there are still a few craftsmen with excellent skills.
The products introduced here are our original cufflinks, tie-bars and bracelets, which are scattered with the skills of Kofu craftsmen.
Cufflinks with four types of natural stones.
N-1(Black Onyx) , N-2( Red Agate) , N-3(White Butterfly Shell) , N-4(Blue Sodalite)
The cufflinks are made by digging a diagonal groove in a rectangular brass piece and precisely cutting and embedding a natural stone to fit the groove, which is beautifully finished using the delicate techniques of Kofu craftsmen.
Tie bars with matching cufflinks
TB-1(Black Onyx) , TB-2(Red Agate) , TB-3(White Mother Of Pearl Shell) , TB-4( Navy Blue Sodalite)
At first glance, the tie bar has a simple shape, but like the cufflinks, a diagonal groove is dug into which the natural stone is embedded. The stones have to be cut even thinner than in cufflinks, so the stones have to be cut very carefully or they will break. The work is a true masterpiece of craftsmanship.
New bracelets that combines casual and formal wear.

The bracelet is not often used for formal occasions, but it may be fun to see it used with some playfulness. In fact, this bracelet was the most difficult piece for the craftsmen to work on. This is because while other items are straight, the bracelet is curved, making it very difficult to cut and embed the stones.
