We offer custom-made production for various men’s formal accessories, such as bow ties, pocket squares, cummerbunds, ascots, neckties, and suspenders. Bow ties and pocket squares, in particular, are highly requested due to their ease of production. Customers can provide their own fabric for the accessories, or we can use our standard silk or polyester fabric. We also provide fabric sample books for our standard fabric options.

How to Place an Order for Custom-Made and Small-Batch OEM Products:

The process is simple with our order form. If you are using the standard shapes available at EXCY FORMAL, you only need to provide instructions regarding the fabric and size for us to begin production.

For the required fabric measurements for each item:

  • For our standard two-wing butterfly bow ties, with a fabric width of 1 meter, we can create a bow tie with a length of approximately 30cm.
  • If the fabric width is 50cm, or if you want it made from a single piece of fabric with a neck strap, we’ll need approximately 60cm of fabric. (Note: Based on a neck strap that measures 50cm when raised.)
  • For cummerbunds, the required length is approximately 50cm, regardless of fabric width.
  • Pocket squares can be made with about 2cm of fabric on all four sides for the desired size.

Regarding delivery time and processing fees: For information on processing fees, please inquire with your respective sales representative or use the link provided below. Our normal delivery time is around 3 weeks. Please note that delivery time may vary based on the current workload and availability of our craftsmen.
